Orders & Shipping

Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Orders are generally processed within 24–48 business hours and delivered within estimated timelines.

In rare cases such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or delivery restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel an order. In such cases, the refund (if applicable) will be processed accordingly.

Cancellation & Returns

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Due to the consumable and personal nature of perfumes, opened or used products are generally non-returnable.
