Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements are only accepted in the following cases:

  • ✔ You received a damaged product
  • ✔ Wrong product delivered
  • ✔ Product leaked or damaged during shipping
  • ✔ Manufacturing defect

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • All labels and seals should remain intact
  • Return request should be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Products purchased only from www.uniqsue.com are eligible

Please note that due to the personal and consumable nature of perfumes, used or opened products are non-returnable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Product unavailable or out of stock

Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted. However, if there is a genuine issue with the delivered product, our support team will assist you with the best possible resolution.
